Bradley G. Vernon
Bradley Vernon is a third generation contractor from Santa Barbara. He is a graduate of Santa Ynez Valley Union High school and attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo where he studied business. He grew up working in various trades as a contractor for the family business having completed a wide range of residential, commercial, mixed-use, and master-planned communities throughout the Central Coast. His most notable project as a developer is the Snake River Junction Project; a 198 unit, multi-use development just outside of Jackson Hole, WY.
Vice President/ Sr. Project Manager
Scott is a second generation contractor who grew up working for his father’s construction company building custom homes on the East Coast. He moved to Santa Barbara in 1999 and began working with Vernon Construction, Inc. on residential renovations, new home construction and mixed-use developments throughout Santa Barbara. He has completed projects for UCSB, the Santa Barbara Airport, and the local Housing Authority. Scott brings over 20 years of experience to Vernon Construction and a work ethic that inspires the Vernon Construction team.
Interior Design/Project Manager
Shannon worked in Development and Construction in Vancouver, Canada for one of the city’s top Builders for 10 years building high rises and mixed use urban projects. She studied Architecture and Building Engineering at The British Columbia Institute of Technology. Shannon is now in charge of all Interior Design for Vernon Construction, Inc.
Construction Operations Manager & Project Manager
Linarosa was on her first jobsite at the age of 7 along with her sisters Annamaria, Lisa, and Jennie helping their father to construct a brick patio. Her first construction paycheck for that work was a $1.00. When her father Gino along with his wife Bruna started their own masonry company, Linarosa went to work with them. It was here that she learned to read plans, use a computer, and gained her understanding of construction project accounting. Prior to starting with Vernon in 2015, she worked for 26 years as Project Manager and Estimator for a local contractor on projects valued up to $7million. Linarosa is our Construction Operations Manager and also serves as a Project Manager for several different projects. On her down time she loves spending time with her wife of over 25 years Barbara and hanging out with her many nieces and nephews.
As a Project Manager in Santa Barbara for the last 10 years, Jesse has developed a unique skill set in building ornate, high-end custom homes. His experience includes estate planning, development, and construction of planned estates of 10k sq. ft. and larger. He is charged with leading high-performing teams that deliver exceptional results to our clients. As an expert in the art of building and a third-generation builder, he understand the complexities of balancing a thriving construction career with the demands of a high profile individual. His hobbies take advantage of Santa Barbara’s beautiful landscape and include surfing, volleyball, and hiking. As a contractor he promises to give clients his full and undivided attention when it comes to building their dreams and producing a product that is nothing less than spectacular.
Master Stone Worker
A native resident of the Santa Ynez Valley, Lon has established himself as one of the central coast’s top stone sculptors. His commissions have come from all over the nation. He primarily works with marbles and limestone; and deals in varying scales depending upon the project. Many of his most well known works stem from the rich heritage of the Chumash culture synonymous to the Los Padres Mountain range and neighboring Pacific Ocean settlements. Lon, his wife Eva and their son Mason split time between the Santa Ynez Valley and Alpine, Wyoming.
Land Acquisitions Manager
Roger is originally from the Napa Valley area and graduated high school from Midland in Los Olivos, CA. Roger’s keen eye for acquiring properties and swift negotiating skills have created a multitude of new revenue stream of development for Vernon Construction making them one of the top development companies in Santa Barbara.
Business Operations Manager
Julie Sanchez brings more than 20 years of business operations and corporate administrative management experience to Vernon Construction. A Southern California native, Julie was introduced to the construction business at an early age, as her father was instrumental in the early development of the Newhall and Valencia master planned communities. A graduate of CSUN with a degree in Journalism, she lives in Orcutt where she and her husband raised their three boys. Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending time with her family, hiking the local trails with her chocolate lab, and cooking up a storm with her friends.
