Bradley G. Vernon
President

Bradley Vernon is a third generation contractor from Santa Barbara. He is a graduate of Santa Ynez Valley Union High school and attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo where he studied business. He grew up working in various trades as a contractor for the family business having completed a wide range of residential, commercial, mixed-use, and master-planned communities throughout the Central Coast. His most notable project as a developer is the Snake River Junction Project; a 198 unit, multi-use development just outside of Jackson Hole, WY.

Scott Hansen

Scott Hansen
Vice President/ Sr. Project Manager

Scott is a second generation contractor who grew up working for his father’s construction company building custom homes on the East Coast. He moved to Santa Barbara in 1999 and began working with Vernon Construction, Inc. on residential renovations, new home construction and mixed-use developments throughout Santa Barbara. He has completed projects for UCSB, the Santa Barbara Airport, and the local Housing Authority. Scott brings over 20 years of experience to Vernon Construction and a work ethic that inspires the Vernon Construction team.

Shannon Vernon
Interior Design/Project Manager

Shannon worked in Development and Construction in Vancouver, Canada for one of the city’s top Builders for 10 years building high rises and mixed use urban projects. She studied Architecture and Building Engineering at The British Columbia Institute of Technology. Shannon is now in charge of all Interior Design for Vernon Construction, Inc.

Construction Operations Manager & Project Manager

Linarosa was on her first jobsite at the age of 7 along with her sisters Annamaria, Lisa, and Jennie helping their father to construct a brick patio. Her first construction paycheck for that work was a $1.00. When her father Gino along with his wife Bruna started their own masonry company, Linarosa went to work with them. It was here that she learned to read plans, use a computer, and gained her understanding of construction project accounting. Prior to starting with Vernon in 2015, she worked for 26 years as Project Manager and Estimator for a local contractor on projects valued up to $7million. Linarosa is our Construction Operations Manager and also serves as a Project Manager for several different projects. On her down time she loves spending time with her wife of over 25 years Barbara and hanging out with her many nieces and nephews.

Brett Vernon
Project Manager

Brett has been involved in the construction industry for over 20 years. He is the son of a second generation contractor and started building homes with his fathers crew during summer breaks in High School. Upon graduation he joined the Navy to pursue his dream of becoming a Navy SEAL. After completing BUD/s training, Brett was assigned to SEAL Team 5 and deployed to Iraq, Africa and various other Middle Eastern Countries. After the Navy Brett earned degrees in Business and Managerial Economics from CSUCI and decided to pursue his passion for building. Brett’s teamwork, leadership, communication and work ethic makes him a valuable manager for any project we send his way.
