This is a smaller but very rewarding project for our company. Purchased as a half-acre single-family lot in 2003, its design has evolved into four lots totaling over one acre, featuring fourteen Spanish style townhomes. Utilizing city, country, and state laws, we titled the four underlying parcels. By working with the city to abandon a portion of an unimproved street and frontage, we were able to double the original project size. This not only greatly increased the development potential of this site, but also solved access and utility issues for the city. The finished product serves as an example to follow in the City’s northern redevelopment area.
