The proposed three bedroom, two-and-a-half bath, Spanish style single-family home, will total 2,783 square feet with a great lawn for outdoor backyard barbeques, a smooth stucco and stone veneer exterior, an attached two car garage, and a two part handmade mortar stacked Spanish tile roof. With two stories of main living area and entry on the third, this tri-level home will be perfect for entertaining guests during festive firework shows, or enjoying a glass of wine with a spouse while watching one of the many regatta races.
