Vernon Construction, Inc. is a family company built upon a foundation of three generations construction experience in Santa Barbara since 1957. Our passion for Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, and Client Satisfaction shines in each of our projects- whether a million dollar custom estate, or that new kitchen of your dreams.

We focus on the central coast – from Malibu to Paso Robles – but we have done projects as far away as Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Please browse a sampling of some of our favorite projects; our experience includes 71 custom residences, 126 multi-family units, commercial and mixed-use projects, and master planned communities.

We engage our clients, and work closely with architects and engineers, from inception of design to project completion. Early involvement allows us to provide value engineering, attain budgets, adopt new designs and technologies, include green building techniques, and meet our client’s expectations. Our research, planning, and a highly detailed bid process set the stage for success. Our project management team is professional, efficient, and hands-on, and an online client interface provides progress updates, photos, design selections with the click of a button. In the field, over 40 full-time employees work hard daily to meet deadlines and budgets, communicate effectively with our clients, and most importantly- strive to deliver our best everyday.

Client satisfaction is paramount; we build houses, we build trust, we build friendships… and we look forward to the challenges of each and every project. Thank you for considering us for your next project, let’s discuss your ideas!
